Belfast Trust is renewing our plan which sets out how carers are supported. Carers have been at the centre of this work and working through the Carers Network, we have shaped four priorities.
We are inviting carers, Trust staff and community and voluntary sector representatives to join us to discuss what is currently good about carer supports and what we could do better.
