Update: 16 September 2020

Cancelled treatments

We have started our phased return of services and are currently contacting the following patients who were in treatment about rescheduling their treatment cycle:

  • IVF / ICSI
  • frozen embryo transfer (FET)
  • ovulation induction (OI)
  • intrauterine insemination (IUI)

In the next phase, we will contact patients who had attended a pre-treatment consultation but had not started medication. Following this, we will contact patients who had their pre- treatment consultation appointment cancelled.

Information on the resumption of Clomid treatments will be updated in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately, we are not yet in a position to provide individual patients with an approximate timeframe for contact.

Treatment waiting lists

At this time, we are unable to provide information about waiting times for patients on a waiting list for treatment.

Outpatient review appointments

We have started to provide outpatient review consultations by phone. Patients will be contacted by the appointments office to arrange this. Appointments will be arranged in chronological order.

New patient appointments

Patients who are waiting for consultation appointments will be contacted when outpatient services resume.

Private treatment

Plans for the reopening of services will include private treatments.

Diagnostic semen analysis

This service has not yet restarted. Patients who had appointments cancelled will be contacted to arrange a new appointment when the service resumes. New requests for diagnostic semen analysis will be processed when the service resumes.
