UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018
If you want to ask us for information that we may hold about you personally, this will be dealt with under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This would include information relating to Health and Social Care records, employment and training records. It covers anything that is limited to you as a person, whether for example as a patient, client, employee or partner of any kind.

Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000
The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act makes it easier for you to get information about us. This law, which came into force on 1 January 2005, means that anyone, anywhere can ask for any information we hold.

To comply with the Freedom of Information Act, public sector organisations routinely publish information whenever possible.
The Information Commissioner is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Freedom of Information Act. They have drawn up a Model Publication Scheme for all public sector organisations, which we have adopted.
