You will usually return to the Regional Fertility Centre for a review appointment when the results of your tests are available.
At this follow-up appointment, your results will be discussed and you will get a plan for appropriate treatment or further investigation.
Your name will be added to a treatment waiting list when a decision has been made on the most appropriate treatment for you.
Before we add your names to a treatment waiting list, you and your partner will need you to fill in a couple of forms:
- consent to disclosure of information – see the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) website for more details.
- treatment consent forms (for IVF/ICSI or FET treatment)
Before you consent to IVF or ICSI treatment, you must read and understand the patient information that will be provided at your consultation.
