Usually, you will return to the Regional Fertility Centre for a review appointment when the results of your investigations are available. At this meeting, the results will be discussed and a plan made for appropriate treatment or further investigation.
Adding your names to the Treatment waiting list
Your name is placed on a treatment waiting list on the date the decision is made on the most appropriate treatment for you.
Before adding your names to a treatment waiting list, we will need you to fill in a couple of forms. Forms must be completed by both patients.
- Consent to disclosure of information (see the HFEA website for details)
- Treatment consent forms (for IVF/ICSI or FET treatment)
Patient information about IVF/ICSI
Before you consent to IVF or ICSI treatment, you must have read and understood the patient information about the treatment. This information will be given to you at your consultation.
