Review appointment

You will usually return to the Regional Fertility Centre for a review appointment when the results of your tests are available.

At this follow-up appointment, your results will be discussed and you will get a plan for appropriate treatment or further investigation.

Treatment waiting list

Your name will be added to a treatment waiting list when a decision has been made on the most appropriate treatment for you.

Before we add your names to a treatment waiting list, you and your partner will need you to fill in a couple of forms:

Patient information about IVF/ICSI

Before you consent to IVF or ICSI treatment, you must read and understand the patient information that will be provided at your consultation.

Welfare of the child

Before starting fertility treatment, all patients are asked to complete a Welfare of the Child Assessment. This is a routine legal requirement for all UK fertility clinics and helps us ensure that the welfare of any future child is carefully considered as part of your treatment journey.
