The Belfast Trust Reader Panel helps the Trust deliver better information to those who use our services, carers and families. The panel is invaluable in ensuring we are providing easy to read and easy to understand, well laid out and accessible leaflets, websites, emails and appointment letters.
How it works:
- The documents are created by the service with service users / carers
- They are then sent to the reader panel for feedback (on layout and ease of understanding)
- Feedback is then returned to the service for them to make changes based on the panels feedback.
