Overview of midwife-led care
Midwife-led care is suitable for women who are in generally good health and are anticipating an uncomplicated pregnancy. Midwives will plan and deliver all your maternity care.

Antenatal midwife-led clinics are held in:
- Maternity Hospital (also known as the Royal Jubilee Maternity Service)
- Midwife-Led Unit
- Community midwife clinics
All low-risk, first time mothers will be encouraged to follow the Getting Ready For Baby Programme.
