What the service does

The community mental health floating support service is available to adults aged 18 and over who have a long-term mental illness. We help people live independently in their own home or in supported housing.

We provide help with daily living skills, for example:

  • money management
  • social skills
  • organising and planning
  • building confidence

The service is provided for a maximum of two years.

How to access the service

We accept referrals from adult mental health services. Anyone being referred must be actively engaged with their key worker.
