Community mental health floating support
The community mental health floating support service is available to adults aged 18 and over who have a long-term mental illness. We help people live independently in their own home or in supported housing.
We provide help with daily living skills, for example:
- money management
- social skills
- organising and planning
- building confidence
The service is provided for a maximum of two years.
We accept referrals from adult mental health services. Anyone being referred must be actively engaged with their key worker.
