The Community Recovery Mental Health Teams provide a range of services to individuals who experience mental health issues. They work to provide treatment and intervention, support and education to individuals and their families. The service believes that recovery is possible through building a life where there is hope, meaning and fulfilment and supports individuals to achieve this.
The service is provided to individuals between the ages of 18-65 years and referrals are made by GP’s and other allied health professionals.
The Community Recovery Mental Health Teams are made up of staff including Consultant Psychiatrists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists / Psychology Assistants, Pharmacists, Peer Support Workers, Support Workers and Administrative staff. The service is provided from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public and Bank Holidays.
