What the service does

The team at the Family Trauma Centre (FTC) helps children, young people and their families who are having problems coping with a traumatic and frightening experience. We work with children and young people up to the age of 18.

The first appointment at the Family Trauma Centre is an assessment. We talk to the child or young person and their family about the problems. After this, we agree on a plan to help overcome their problems.
