What the service does
The Huntington’s Disease service offers emotional and practical support to patients and families or carers affected by Huntington’s Disease. We plan, provide and evaluate care programmes in consultation with patients and their families or carers.
We work closely with other care professionals to help patients access other services that may be helpful. We also provide an educational resource for families and healthcare professionals.
How to access the service
You can contact the Huntington’s Disease service directly on 028 9504 7930.
We also accept referrals from:
- GPs
- social services
- speech and language therapists
- occupational therapists
- affected families
Location of service
Opening hours
Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
