Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation Unit (Brain Injury)

This unit, provides a regional service for people who as a result of brain injury, show challenging behaviour at a level which means their needs cannot be met in other community or residential settings, as their behaviours could put themselves or other people at risk.

The unit provides ‘post acute’ rehabilitation, slow stream rehabilitation and long term care.

How to access the Service

All admissions must be approved by the Senior Consultant, but referral can be made by GPs to the consultant for consideration.
