What the service does
The Primary Mental Health Team helps young people who are having problems with their mental health, for example behavioural difficulties. We work with young people up to the age of 18.
The first appointment with the Primary Mental Health Team is an assessment. We talk to the young person about their mental health problems. After this, we agree on a plan to improve the young person’s mental health.
