Universities and Further Education colleges can provide reasonable adjustments. This can include extra time for exams, flexible deadlines when needed, support workers, laptops and recording devices for lecturers. Please contact them to discuss the options.
Employers are legally obliged to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace for people with ADHD. This can include adjustments in the recruitment process, work environment, work patterns and offering additional support. ADHD UK have developed some resources to help in the workplace which you can also share with your employer.
