Understanding my ADHD Diagnosis

A person with ADHD has differences in brain development and activity compared to someone who does not have ADHD. This means you may see the world differently, learn differently and behave differently. Understanding how your brain is different can help you learn to manage it.

It is important to remember to order and pick up your medication on time, try setting a monthly alarm to help you remember this.
