Single Point Referral
We offer a single contact number/point for all outpatient referrals to the Belfast Psychiatry of Old Age (POA) the Community Mental Health Team for Older People (CMHTOP) the Home Treatment Team for people over 65 years (HTT) and the Dementia Navigators service.
