What the service does

This service provides a range of neurophysiological investigation including sleep deprived EEG and prolonged monitoring (ambulatory, video ambulatory and in-patient video telemetry).

Who provides the service

Specialist clinical physiologists (neurophysiology) and support staff.

Paediatric neurologists and consultant neurophysiologists report on the EEG and give their clinical impression. 

Meet the team

How to access the service

A referral from a paediatrician or paediatric neurologist is required for EEG.
For long term monitoring services referrals must come from, or be approved by, paediatric neurology.
