RFC Outpatients Clinic (Grove Wellbeing and Treatment Centre)

Consultation appointments take place in the Grove Wellbeing and Treatment Centre.

If you have a query about your appointment or need to cancel or reschedule it, ring the Appointments Helpline directly on 028 9615 9700 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm).

Please do not contact staff in the Grove Wellbeing Centre directly as they are unable to advise you of when your appointment will be or make changes to appointments.

Clinic opening times

• Monday to Thursday: 9am to 4.30pm (except for bank holidays)
• Friday: 9am to 12.30pm

By phone 028 9615 9600 (option 1) RFC phone lines are open from 8.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note RFC staff are unable to provide results of any investigations over the phone. The doctor will discuss the results of your investigations at your review appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you should contact the Appointments Helpline on 028 9615 9700 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm).

RFC Treatment Centre (Royal Hospitals site)

Fertility treatments are carried out on the Royal Hospitals site.

Clinic opening times

• Monday to Thursday: 7am to 5pm
• Friday: 7am to 4.30pm (except for bank holidays)
• Sunday: 9am to 12pm (only for patients currently undergoing treatment)
