The team would really appreciate if you would spare five minutes to complete the Regional Immunology Laboratory User Survey 2025 to improve service provision.
Share your thoughts to support service improvement
The survey asks questions about various aspects of Immunology including:
- Lab User Manual
- Requesting tests via Encompass
- Communication with lab
- Test reports & clinical advice
You will also be able to share any other comments you have about the service provided by the Immunology lab.
