The Haematology and Blood Bank laboratories offer a 24-hour routine and emergency service to users within the Belfast Trust and the surrounding GP area. The Specialist Haematology laboratories (Flow cytometry, Specialist Red Cell and Haemostasis) offer a regional diagnostic service across Northern Ireland.
Our Objectives
Our ultimate aim is to provide the best service we can for you, our users and our patients. This is why your feedback is essential in helping us improve our service provision. We promise to review all comments made and following the review, take on board any feasible suggested improvement actions as future plans.
Target Group
If you have used the Haematology laboratory (routine and specialist areas) and/or the Blood Bank laboratory over the past 12 months, we would like to hear from you.
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes. You can complete the survey anonymously or you can provide an email address at the end of the survey (should you wish). If so, we will endeavor to get in touch, should you raise anything that may benefit from a more detailed discussion.
