Additional vaccination clinic opened at Knockbracken

15th December 2021
Knockbracken Hall

Belfast Trust have opened a vaccination clinic at Knockbracken Hall to meet the growing demand for COVID-19 vaccinations. This clinic is in addition to the Royal Victoria Hospital Vaccination Centre and the range of walk-in clinics taking place across Belfast.

The vaccination clinic at Knockbracken Hall will be open daily from 9am to 6pm, with no appointment necessary. As delivery of the vaccination programme ramps up, this additional clinic offers another option for people to come forward and get their first, second or booster doses.

Bernie Owens, Deputy Chief Executive of Belfast Trust:

“We are delighted to see so many people coming forward for their vaccine. Over the past 2 days our team have administered more than 4,000 vaccinations bringing our overall total to date to more than 291,000 vaccinations administered. This has been a tremendous team effort from our staff and volunteers and I’d like to thank them for their continued hard work and determination. Due to the demand, there may be a wait at some of our vaccine clinics. However, we would encourage people to still attend, wrap up warm and please be patient with our hardworking staff”.
