21st September 2023
Belfast Trust Health Improvement Team are hosting a Festival of Hope to mark World Mental Health Day on 10th October!
World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for everyone’s mental health. It is also a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.
The event will take place at 2 Royal Avenue in Belfast city centre from 10am to 5pm with a range of workshops and drop-in activities taking place throughout the day, all free of charge.
The workshops on offer will give you the chance to learn tips to improve wellbeing or try out an activity shown to improve mental health. Spaces are limited, so your place at a workshop must be booked in advance. The drop-in activities are open to anyone, come in and say hi!
