The Patient Experience Team are encouraging patients and service users to share their stories to help shape future health and social care services using the online platform Care Opinion.
Feedback February is an initiative to help remind patients, service users and their family members that sharing their experiences can improve services for everyone.
Care Opinion is a place where you can share your experience of health or care services, and help make them better for everyone. Care Opinion make it safe and simple to share your story online and see other people’s stories too. You can see how stories are leading to change. Using Care Opinion means that by sharing honest experiences of care, we learn to see what matters to the individuals we care for. Working together, we can all help make care better.

“Care Opinion is a safe and simple online platform for patients and service users to share their story direct with Belfast Trust. Simply visit www.careopinion.co.uk and submit your story. This feedback will be shared directly with the relevant team and you’ll receive a reply from our staff”.
