Last week Belfast Trust unveiled an art piece at the Belfast City Hospital at an event commemorating service users, carers and staff participation in personal and public involvement.
In June 2023, the Personal and Public Involvement Team hosted an event that brought together service users and carers from across 16 services where they have active involvement, to recognise and celebrate their commitment and say thank you.
As part of the celebration event last year, Artist in Residence Beth McComish led a workshop with attendees to create a mosaic of hearts that creating the focal point of the ‘Celebrating improvement’ art piece.
Our service users and carers, with experience of Belfast Trust, get involved to help improve the care and services we provide. The Trust recognises and values the service users and carers who give their time, expertise and knowledge to help us delivery better services.
The Personal and Public Involvement Team invite the public to call and view the work in the hospital and let them know your thoughts and feedback. You can provide that through the their online form.
